Trish Regan (born April 1 in 1961) was an American writer, journalist on TV and television anchor. Trish Regan is host of the Fox News Channel's Trish Primetime, The Intelligence Report and Trish Primetime. Through her high school and college days Regan had no intention of becoming a journalist or TV anchor. Music was her passion and she dreamed of becoming an opera singer. She trained at reputed music institutes. The first gig she had was an investment firm. In the following years, CBS MarketWatch offered her the opportunity of a career. She served as the correspondent for business on CBS Evening News. Regan was later promoted to CNBC and created and hosted daily markets programs. Regan was honored with by CNBC with the Emmy Award in the Best Documentary category during her time at CNBC. Regan briefly worked for Bloomberg Television. Regan has a popular show on Fox News Channel. Regan also serves as the reporter for the channel's business section. Regan's honesty in reporting has earned many awards. She was also harshly criticised by her remarks that were controversial about various subjects.
